CONDRA – RIVERGATE PARK, WESTERN CAPE
Completed in November 2019 - The Condra and BB Cranes Facility in Rivergate Park spans a total floor area of 1,590m², with 1,173m² designated as the main manufacturing floor. The facility is designed to accommodate several gantry cranes, facilitating the production of new cranes for distribution across South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. Additionally, the facility features a soundproof cantilever office block, designed and constructed using the latest lightweight structural steel frames.
